There are many types of Penstemon and they are largely not reliably hardy in Northern Europe needing well drained soil to survive down to – 5 Celsius. The selections offered here originate from the breeding in Colorado or Nebraska and are reliably hardy down to – 20 Celsius. Excellent border and container plants.
