Anemone Ruffled Swan

Ruffled Swan stands out over others due to its exceptionally beautiful flowers and prolific flowering. The tallest of the Swan series, its spectacular flower stems soar to 80cm and are adorned from June through October with nodding flowers of icy white with violet blue undersides. It makes a fantastic specimen and is superb for mass plantings in shady woodlands. Easy to grow in part shade, and even does well in full shade. Flowers are excellent cut.

Late summer and autumn flowering perennials are excellent for full sun to half shade in spots that remain moist, Anemone dislike drying out. The Pretty Lady series developed by Mr Kanazawa  in Japan has a compact habit and is extremely free flowering
